Prime Minister of Ukraine Shmyhal Called The Terms of Reconciliation With Russia

In the next hundred years, Russia and Ukraine will not be able to enter the path of cooperation and truce. This opinion was expressed by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal.

“Reconciliation, cooperation – no, not in the next hundred years. Russia must first change, be democratized, demilitarized and denuclearized,” Denys Shmygal said in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.

The Prime Minister believes that it is possible to disarm the Russian Federation with the help of sanctions, confiscation of assets, refusal to cooperate with it and military assistance to Kyiv. Shmyhal also said that Ukraine would not compromise on the issue of territorial borders.

Most residents of Austria and Germany believe that Ukraine should make territorial concessions for the sake of a truce with Russia, researchers from Euroskopia found out. Ukraine and Russia could conclude a truce last year, but this could not be done because of the West, said Anatoly Glaz, spokesman for the Belarusian Foreign Ministry. The Vatican wanted to reconcile Russia and Ukraine , such a statement was made by Pope Francis.
