Moroccan club Wydad AC will lock horns today with Nigeria’s Enyimba FC today as part of the second leg of the African Football League (AFL) quarter-final. The game will kick off at 7:00 pm GMT+1 at the Mohammed VI Sports Complex in Casablanca.
The game will be broadcast live on Moroccan sports channel Arryadia TV. Football fans can also watch the match live on FIFA+ in English and French, as well as on various AFL platforms. The Casablanca-based club secured a 1-0 victory against Enyimba in the first-leg match which took place on October 22 in Aba, Nigeria.
WAC’s captain Yahya Jabrane scored his team’s winning goal with a penalty kick in the 39th minute. With the advantage of playing in front of their home crowd, the Moroccan club is determined to capitalize on their first-leg win and secure another victory.
Should Wydad win today’s game, the Moroccan club will face the winner of the clash between Congo’s TP Mazembe and ES Tunis in the tournament’s semifinals. The two clubs will lock horns today at 4:00 pm GMT+1 at the Hammadi Agrebi Stadium in Tunisia. The Congolese team won 1-0 in the first leg game against the ES Tunis.
